Labneh Za’atar Rolls
  • 1 pack (spelt-) puff pastry (270g)
  • 250g labneh
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp za'atar
  • salt, pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix za'atar with olive oil, spread out puff pastry on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Coat the puff pastry with labneh and leave out 2 cm free on one edge. Then spread out za'atar mixture evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Roll the dough up firmly and cut into 12 pieces. Spread slices on the baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
