- 1 pack (spelt-) puff pastry (270g)
- 250g labneh
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp za'atar
- salt, pepper
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix za'atar with olive oil, spread out puff pastry on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Coat the puff pastry with labneh and leave out 2 cm free on one edge. Then spread out za'atar mixture evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the dough up firmly and cut into 12 pieces. Spread slices on the baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
